The IWSD provides advisory services at various planning and implementation levels through participation in sector dialogues, preparation of case studies, and analysis of information. Advisory services cover both technical and non-technical areas related to water resources management, water supply, sanitation, and hygiene. Technical and Advisory Services take the form of project and programme evaluations, sector reviews, needs assessments, human resources development, institutional arrangements, technology testing among others.
